340 Biscayne Owner LLC Files Chapter 11

340 Biscayne Owner LLC filed Chapter 11 on July 26, 2021 at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.  The Debtor's assets are the hotel in Miami known as the Holiday Inn Port of Miami-Downtown.  The Debtor is represented by Pardo Jackson Gainsburg, PL.  According to the Declaration, prior to COVID-19, the Hotel was regularly 90% plus occupied and had operating revenue of over $10 million.  The Debtor attributed the Chapter 11 filing to the pandemic, closures required by government and limited cruise business.
