Plan of Reorganization Confirmed in Masonite Corporation Case


The United States Bankruptcy Court in Delaware has confirmed the debtor's plan of reorganization in the Masonite Corporation case.  The debtor will emerge from chapter 11 as soon as the plan's closing conditions are met and the debtor's plan of arrangement is approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. 

Masonite Corporation filed for chapter 11 on March 16, 2009.

McStain Enterprises, Inc. Files For Chapter 11


McStain Enterprises, Inc. filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.  The debtor’s petition lists assets both assets and liabilities of $10 million to $50 million.  McStain Enterprises, Inc., also known as McStain Neighborhoods, is a homebuilder based in Louisville, Colorado.

Olly's Retail U.S.A., Inc. Files For Chapter 11


Olly’s Retail U.S.A., Inc., a women’s and children’s clothing retailer, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  The debtor’s petition lists assets of $1 million to $10 million and liabilities of $10 million to 50 million.  The largest unsecured creditor is Toll Group (Baltrans), owed approximately $105,000.  Download the petition here.
