Constar International Inc. filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection today at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, DE.  The Philadelphia manufacturer listed $420 million in assets on its petition.

New Creative Enterprises, Inc. Files for Chapter 11

New Creative Enterprises, Inc. field for chapter 11 bankruptcy today at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  The Milford, Ohio debtor's petition lists between $10 and $50 million in assets and liabilities. 

Thiele Manufacturing, LLC files for Chapter 11

Pittsburgh based, Thiele Manufacturing, LLC, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection today at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  The debtor's schedules list approximately $5.5 million in assets and $6.9 million in liabilities.

Polaroid Corporation files for Chapter 11 for the Second Time

Minnetonka, MN based, Polaroid Corporation, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.  The debtor's petition lists Petters Capital, LLC as the largest unsecured creditor.

Polaroid Corporation also filed for chapter 11 in 2001.
