The Meridian on Bainbridge Island, LLC filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of WA.  On its petition, the debtor lists between $50-$100 million in assets and liabilities.  Click here to download the petition

Daphne AL based, Shores of Panama, Inc., filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida.  On its petition, the debtor lists between $100-$500 million in assets and liabilities.

Britt Metal Processing, Inc., of Miami Gardens Florida, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Miami.  The aviation engine and parts repairer lists almost $4 million in assets and liabilities.

4S Development, Ltd, LLLP files for chapter 11

4S Development, Ltd, LLLP, of Hayden Colorado, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Denver.  The debtor lists over $75 million in assets and over $5 million in liabilities on its petition.  Alpine Bank is listed as the largest unsecured creditor.
