BBJ Environmental Solutions, Inc., filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on November 29th at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.  The Tampa based company develops solutions and manufactures products to improve indoor air quality.

LJA Danbury, LLC files for Chapter 11


LJA Danbury, LLC and two affiliates filed for chapter 11 protection at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.  Bankruptcy petitions were filed on November 28th by the debtor, LJA Management, LLC and LJA Newark.  TD Banknorth is listed as the top creditor with a disputed $30 million unsecured claim.

L. Tersigni Consulting files Plan of Liquidation


Consulting firm, L. Tersigni Consulting CPA, P.C., filed a plan of liquidation on November 26th.  The filing at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Bridgeport, CT indicates a 100% projected recovery for administrative, priority and secured claims.   The majority of the claims are unsecured. ($242K)
