Vertis Holdings, Inc.filed for Chapter 11 yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  The Debtor, based in Baltimore, is a provider of marketing communications services and offset printing.  They are represented by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

The Debtor previously filed for Chapter 11 in July 2008 in Delaware.
