The Debtor is located on the reservation of the federally recognized Hualapai Indian Tribe (the Nation).  According to court documents, the Debtor is a tribal corporation that is separate from the Nation.  The Debtor's only shareholder is the Nation.

In 2003, the Debtor was created to help develop and operate a viewing bridge which overlooked the Grand Canyon.  Additionally in 2003, the Debtor entered into an agreement with Grand Canyon Skywalk Development LLC (GCSD) which led to disputes and an eventual $28.6 million arbitration award for GCSD.  The Award was confirmed by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on February 11, 2013.  Download USDC AZ Order
