Astrata Group Incorporated Files For Chapter 11

Astrata Group Incorporated filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada. The Los Angeles-based telematics service provider's petition lists $5.4 million in assets and $10.4 million in liabilities.
