Swine Farm, DaveCo Farms LLC, Files For Chapter 11

Deputy, IN- based, DaveCo Farms LLC, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. The debtor's petition lists assets and liabilities as less than $10 million. Old National Bank is listed as the largest unsecured creditor with a total claim of $5.2 million, $3 million of it secured.
