Will Six Flags file for chapter 11?

Reports this weekend indicate that Six Flags has hired investment bank, Houlihan Lokey and law firm, Paul Hastings.  Does this mean chapter 11 is imminent?  Possibly, unless Six Flags can reach out of Court agreements with bondholders.

It seems to me that a chapter 11 filing would likely hurt park attendance in an already brutal economic environment.  Would you ride a roller coaster at a bankrupt park?  How about fly on a bankrupt carrier?  Eat at a bankrupt restaurant? Buy a car from a bankrupt company?

Personally, I would fly and buy but not eat and ride.  Thoughts?
