Court Confirms Superior Offshore International Plan

Yesterday, the United States Bankruptcy Court in Houston confirmed the plan of liquidation in the Superior Offshore International, Inc. case.  The first amended plan of liquidation was submitted by the debtor and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors on December 16, 2008 and supplemented on January 17, 2009.
