IdleAire Technologies Corporation files for Chapter 11

Knoxville based, IdleAire Technologies Corporation, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday.  The debtor manufactures and services a system that provides HVAC and Internet services to truck drivers.  The petition, filed at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, lists about $211 million in assets and $304 million in liabilities.
